Phonak Hearing Aids
Combine Slender Design With State-Of-The-Art Technology

Phonak Hearing AidsPhonak hearing aids are available in a variety of styles and incorporate the latest sound amplification technology.

There are models suitable for all levels of hearing loss from mild to severe. You can choose from in-the-ear hearing aids that are virtually invisible or over-the-ear styles in standard or micro size. Here are some of the features incorporated into Phonak hearing aids.

WhistleBlock – Phonak hearing aids utilize aggressive feedback cancellation techniques that enhance the sound quality delivered to your ear.

WhistleBlock filters out annoying feedback noises because it is able to identify true feedback from background noises so it can be eliminated.  WindBlock – WindBlock allows you to enjoy being outside without worry of wind amplification noises making it difficult for you to carry on a conversation. The hearing aid microphone is shielded to protect it from the wind and WindBlock identifies wind noise and suppresses it.

EchoBlock –Phonak hearing aids work well indoors too, even in cathedrals or sports stadiums thanks to EchoBlock which ends reverberations. In quiet indoor environments, sounds will remain free from distortion and blurring.

StereoZoom – This feature allows you to zero in on conversations while blocking out room noise. In a room full of people engaged in conversation, you will pick up bits and pieces of sounds that can interfere with your ability to hear what one individual is saying. With StereoZoom, you can zoom in on one conversation and make the other noises more distant.

AutoZoom – You can't always directly face the person you are talking to and during those times, AutoZoom allows you to zoom in on a conversation beside you or behind you. This feature is useful when you are driving and want to hear conversations in the car but can't turn to face the speaker.

SoundRecover – Phonak hearing aids allow you to regain hearing a fuller spectrum of sounds so you can distinguish conversations and environmental sounds in the background as well.

DuoPhone – This is a feature that makes it easier to carry on telephone conversations. DuoPhone distributes the caller's voice across both ears so quality and comprehension is improved.

Water Resistance – Phonak hearing aids are designed to withstand high humidity and are water resistant. This allows you to wear the device while working out or enjoying the outdoors in humid weather. You also have protection if you get caught outside in the rain.

Slim Design – These state-of-the art hearing aids are made to be worn as discreetly as possible. They are slender and ergonomic so they fit well and are visually appealing.

Choosing the right hearing aid is a matter of selecting the right one for your type of hearing loss while taking into consideration the appearance and comfort of the device. Even when you find the perfect match, you must train your hearing over a period of several days to get the best results. You'll have to get used to hearing loud noises and learn how to focus on what you want to hear and how to ignore background noises. Given time and training, Phonak hearing aids can improve your hearing and in doing so, improve the quality of your life.
